Our mission is to increase the availability of service dogs for veterans, children with special needs, and adults with disabilities. We accomplish this through the expert husbandry and nurturing of world-class Labrador Retriever puppies, purpose-bred and donated to carefully selected service dog training organizations across the country.

Founded in 2011, Project 2 Heal was established to help fix a major problem—most service dog organization have no breeding program. This typically leaves no other option than training dogs taken from shelters. Unfortunately, an average of only 1 out of 12 shelter dogs becomes a successful service dog. This inefficiency often leads to costs ranging from $25,000—$40,000 and waiting periods up to 4 years. For a veteran struggling with PTSD, children with special needs, and adults with disabilities, this is simply too long.
